DAY 01 :

Arrival Chennai-Mahabalipuram (60 Km)

Upon arrival at Chennai International Airport, transfer to Mahabalipuram

  • On arrival check in to the hotel or resort. For rest of the night, have some relaxation,
  • Later commence sightseeing and visit Shore Temple, Pench Ratha, Arjuna's Penance, Mahishamardini Cave, Krishna's Butterball, & Ganesh's Temple
  • Rest of the time some activities at Beach site


DAY 02 :

Kanchipuram Excursion (60 Kms)

After breakfast full day excursion of Kanchipuram, visit:

  • Sri Kailasanathar Temple, Ekambareswar Temple,
  • Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Sri Vaikunda Perumal Temple,

Rest of the time visit silk factory. Kanchipuram is very famous for silk product. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mahabalipuram.


DAY 03 :

Mahabalipuram-Pondichery: (130 Kms)

After breakfast proceed to Pondicherry, en route through the rice fields and bananas forest.

  • On arrival check in hotel. Rest of the time visit Pondicherry town, which is a Union Territory of India. It is a former French colony, consisting of four non-contiguous enclaves, or regions, and named after the largest region,
  • Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Pondicherry Musuem, The Botanical Gardens, and for rest of the time visit Beach side


DAY 04 :

Pondicherry

Full day visit to Matri Mandir at Auroville & beaches. Rest of the day, some leisure time for individual activities.


DAY 05 :

Pondicherry-Chidambaram-Kumbakonam-Darasuram-Thanjavur (180 Kms)

After breakfast proceed to Thanjavur, through the Tamilnadu's traditional village and small town.

  • En route visit Chidambaram (Nataraja Temple)
  • Kumbakonam visit Adi Kumbheswarar Temple, Nageswara Swami Temple, Someswarar Temple, Ramaswamy Temple, Sarangapani Temple, and Chakrapani Temple
  • Continue drive to Darasuram, the earliest records of the temple mention the name of the town as Rajarajapuram. The Vimana is 85 feet high, visit Periya Nayaki Amman temple, & Airavateshwarar temple

On arrival at Thanjavur check in to the hotel for overnight stay.


DAY 06 :

Thanjavur-Trichy (Tiruchirapalli) 65 Kms

Breakfast at hotel later commence sightseeing of Thanjavur (Tanjore) and visit

  • The Brihadeeswara Temple, Thanjavur Maratha palac, Thanjavur Art Galler,
  • Later drive to Trichy (Tituchirapall). En route visit Gangaikondacholapuram Temple
  • On arrival check in to the hotel and for rest of time visit the local market

Overnight stay at hotel.


DAY 07 :

Trichy – Madurai (150 kms)

Morning, after breakfast commence sightseeing of Trichy (Tiruchirapalli),

  • The most famous landmark of Trichy is the Rockfort Temple
  • Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple and local market later drive to Madurai, en route visit some typical Tamilnadu villages. On arrival at Madurai check in to the hotel, later visit Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple.


DAY 08 :

Madurai

After breakfast, proceed for the local sightseeing of the temple city Madurai.

  • Meenakshi Temple, there are 11 Gopurams Museum
  • Thirumalai Nayak Palace
  • St. Mary's Cathedral Church
  • Gandhi Museum

Rest of the time local market visit, overnight at hotel.


DAY 09 :

Madurai- Periyar (Thekkady) (145 Kms)

After breakfast drive to Periyar, en route visit local village and bricks factory.

  • On arrival check in hotel, rest of time visit Spice Garden & local market

Overnight at hotel.


DAY 10 :

Periyar-Alleppey (House Boat) (135 Kms)

Early in the morning drive to Periyar Lake to witness the wild elephant, baison and another wild beast.

  • En route visit Alleppey. On arrival check in to the house boat, enjoy the boating
  • The Houseboat maximises the benefits to local community by direct employment of crew members from the backwater villages and was designed and built by a group of local craftsman and carpenters. Overnight at houseboat.


DAY 11 :

Houseboat-Cochin (Kochi)

After breakfast disembark from the houseboat and transfer by car to Cochin. Arrive at the historic harbor city of Cochin and spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring Fort Cochin. Overnight hotel.


DAY 12 :

Cochin (Kochi)

After early breakfast make way for the guided sightseeing,

  • Fort Kochi
  • St Francis Church
  • Mattancherry Palace (Dutch Palace)
  • Paradesi Synagogue
  • St. George Ferona Church
  • St. Mary's Cathedral Basilica


DAY 13 :

Kochi-Ooty (Udhagamandalam) (285 Kms)

After an early breakfast commence drive to Ooty, beautiful landscapes, fascinating towns and villages, an excellent place to explore. On arrival check in to the hotel for overnight stay.


DAY 14 :

Ooty (Udhagamandalam)

Ooty is situated in Nilgiri Mountains near Tri Junction of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala

  • Botanical Gardens
  • Valley View Lake
  • St. Thomas's church, built in 1870, overlooks the lake
  • Gymkhana Club, the government Sheep Farm and Hindustan Photo Films Company

Rest of the time visit local market. Overnight stay at hotel.


DAY 15 :

Ooty-Mysore (85 Kms)

After breakfast proceed to Mysore, en route visit the traditional villages and markets.

  • On arrival check in hotel rest of the time commence sightseeing
  • Mysore Palace and Chamundy Hills
  • Rest of the time visit local market, vegetable & sandal wood market. Overnight at hotel


DAY 16 :

Mysore-Bangalore (Bangaluru) (140 Kms)

After an early breakfast drive to Bangalore, en route visit Srirangapatnam,

  • Tipu Sultan's Palace is located very close to the fort. It is now converted to a museum. A dedication on the wooden screen reports the palace to be an "Abode of Happiness".

On arrival at Bangalore, check in hotel. Rest of the time visit the local market.


DAY 17 :

Bagaluru (Bangalore) Sightseeing & Departure

After breakfast full day sightseeing of Bangalore and visit to

  • Vidhansudha, Nandi Temple & Lal Bag

Late evening dinner and departure to International Airport, flight back to home. End the services.
